The aluminum carved panel curtain wall is made of high quality and high strength aluminum alloy, and its commonly used thickness is 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0MM, the model is 3003, and the status is H24. The normal material size is 1220MM x 2440MM.
Its structure is mainly composed of panels, stiffeners and corner codes. Corner code can be bent directly by the panel, stamping molding, also can be rivet in the panel on the small edge of corner code molding. The strength and rigidity of the aluminum veneer curtain wall is greatly enhanced, and the flatness and anti-wind and anti-earthquake ability are guaranteed in the long term.
If sound insulation is required, the aluminum plate can be installed inside the effective sound insulation insulation materials.
