How the Aluminum panel is made?
The aluminum panel is made from coated aluminum sheets with solid colors, metallic colors, artificial wood or with stone/marble/granite textures & colors, it is fabricated by cutting, bending, soldering, polishing, assembling, chromating and spray coating etc. The designs and colors can be customized as per customer’s drawings and design requirements. The aluminum panel with 3D wood textures and colors is very good alternative for natural wood or MDF panel to save costs and make lightweight, strong and durable applications.
Surface treatment:
1) For aluminum material :
– Without treatment is ok
– Anodized finish (colour can be silver, blue, green, yellow,pink, red,black, as you like)
– Powder coated
– PVDF (surface will be much more smooth, level off and glossy, it also has a much longer life span than common treatment)
