Aluminium Panel is a very popular material for building interior and exterior decoration, it’s especially popular for facade envelope and decoration. Perforated aluminum sheet is a special custom design material for building decoration. The aluminium panels can be made with artificial wooden grains & colors and stone/marble/granite grains & colors as substitute of wooden panels and stone/marble/granite panels to give less weight to the building and protect the environment. All the aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customers’ designs, specifications and drawings, ready for installation. The perforated hollow pattern aluminium panels are specially popular for decorating building facades and screens.
How the Aluminum panel is made?
The aluminum panel is made from coated aluminum sheets with solid colors, metallic colors, artificial wood or with stone/marble/granite textures & colors, it is fabricated by cutting, bending, soldering, polishing, assembling, chromating and spray coating etc. The designs and colors can be customized as per customer’s drawings and design requirements. The aluminum panel with 3D wood textures and colors is very good alternative for natural wood or MDF panel to save costs and make lightweight, strong and durable applications.
Surface treatment:
1) For aluminum material :
– Without treatment is ok
– Anodized finish (colour can be silver, blue, green, yellow,pink, red,black, as you like)
– Powder coated
– PVDF (surface will be much more smooth, level off and glossy, it also has a much longer life span than common treatment)
